摘要
随着高速数据传输业务需求的增加,高速SERDES IC与光纤传输模块的连接是获得高性能、低功耗、高噪声抑制比的关键。因此,对光模块外围的电路特性的分析和正确的电气特性匹配成为高速光纤数据传输的重要环节。该研究包括分析PECL接口结构,模块与PECL接口互联,以及PECL类型的光模块外围电路。
With the increase of high-speed data transmission business requirements, SERDES IC matching optical transceiver module becomes a key of getting high performance, low power consumption and perfect SNR. Therefore, the analysis for peripheral circuit characteristics of optical transceiver module and correct electrical properties matching become the important link of high-speed fiber transmission, This research included PECL interface module structure analysis, interconnection between PECL interface and optical transceiver, and PECL types of optical transceiver periphery circuit.
