摘要
为解决传统粗纺工艺纱支受限和精纺因特种动物纤维长度较短而无法加工的缺陷,利用半精纺技术开发莫代尔/细绒棉/山羊绒针织纱线。生产中,注意原料的合理搭配和染色后处理,前纺梳理工序采用"轻定量、低速度、大隔距、多梳少落"的原则,并粗工序则采用"紧隔距、轻定量、低速度"原则,细纱工序适当放大后区隔距,倍捻时尽量减少并纱张力差异和锭速差异,提高股线捻度分布的均匀性。通过对纱线进行测试,得出其各项性能指标均达到优等水平,满足生产高档轻薄针织面料的要求,具有很强的市场推广性。
The woolen spinning is limited by the yarn count, and the worsted spinning coma not process short animal fibers. In order to solve the above traditional problems, the semi-worsted spinning method is used to develop Modal/Upland Cotton/Cashmere semi-worsted spinning knitted yarn. In the production processes, the materials were arranged reasonably and the treating after the fiber dying was paid some attentions. It used the "light weight, low speed, large ratch, more carding and small dropping " principle in the carding process, and the "tight ratch, light weight, low speed" principle in the drawing and roving processes. The break ratch was let out properly in the spinning process. In the double twisting process, the differences of yarn doubling tension and spindle speed were reduced, the twist distribution was evenly in the compound yarn accordingly. It could get that the most yarn performance indexes reached high quali- ty according to the experimental results, and the yarns could fulfill the processing demands of the thin light fabric.
