摘要 提出一种结构简单的新型多功能有源滤波器。该电路由两个MOCCCⅡ,一个OTA和两个接地电容组成。通过选择不同的输入和输出端口,能够实现低通、高通、带通、带阻、全通五个滤波功能。调整MOCCCⅡ以及OTA的偏置电流和电容值,能够改变特征参数,设计的电路频率可调谐,并且具有很低的灵敏度。最后对实际电路进行了PSpice仿真,结果表明提出的电路方案正确有效。 Realization of a simple muhifunctional active filter is presented. The circuit is constructed with two Multiple Current Output CCC Ⅱ s(MOCCC Ⅱ ), one Operationgal Transconductance Amplifier(OTA) and two grounded capacitors. The biquad can realize low - pass,high - pass, band - pass, band - stop and all - pass filter characteristics by choosing approprate current input and output branches. The characteristic parameters can also be tuned by adjusting the bias currents and the capacitors. As well as the tunable frequency,the proposed circuit has very low sensitivities with respect to the circuit elements. PSpice simulation for an actual circuit is conducted,and the results show that the proposed circuit is valid and effective.
