摘要
蛋白质芯片技术是采用微阵列方法,对样品蛋白进行高通量、高灵敏度、高特异性的分析技术,作为一种新的技术,日益受到人们的关注.它不仅是蛋白质组学研究中强有力的工具,也是临床应用中疾病早期诊断、预后和治疗效果评测的新手段,其研究成果拓宽了与人类健康更加贴近的应用领域.就蛋白质芯片的原理、分类、制备过程、在疾病诊断中的应用、优缺点和发展前景进行了阐述.
The protein chip technology is microarray methods, high throughput, high sensitivity and high specificity of the analysis techniques for the protein samples. As a new technology, we pay more and more attention. It is not only a powerful research tools for the proteomies, but also a new means of early diagnosis, prognosis and treatment evaluation in the clinical application, the results of their researches broaden the applications with human health. The principle, classification, preparation, application in the diagnosis of disease, advantages, disadvantages and development prospects of the protein microarray are introduced.
