摘要
电液伺服阀是电液伺服系统中的关键部件,其静动态特性直接影响电液伺服系统的控制精度等指标.利用德国FESTO TP511试验台完成了电液伺服阀的静态特性测试,包括压力-电信号特性、流量-电信号特性、压力-负载流量特性测试.在对测试中的主要传感器进行标定的基础上搭建了静态特性测试的液压回路以及电路,给出了完成测试的步骤和部分测试结果.实验表明,测试方案合理,能够满足常见规格的电液伺服阀静态特性测试.
The electro-hydraulic servo valve is the key element of electro-hydraulic servo system and its static and dynamic characteristics directly affect the technical parameters such as control precision Of the electro-hydraulic servo system. The test of static characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve is accomplished on FESTO TP511 test platform. These static characteristics include pressureelectric signal characteristics, flow-electric signal characteristics, and pressure-load flow characteristics. The hydraulic loop and electric circuit of the testing are established based on the calibration of the main sensors. Testing steps and some result are also presented. The experimental result shows that the testing scheme is reliable and rational to meet the requirement of the common experiment of static characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo system.
