复合麻醉对免疫缺陷动物麻醉效果的比较 被引量:4

摘要 用生理盐水即时配取不同浓度的盐酸氯胺酮和咪达唑仑复合麻醉剂,根据体重对裸小鼠和NOD/SCID小鼠进行腹腔注射麻醉,观察并记录麻醉诱导期、浅外科期、深外科期和恢复自主意识的时间,评价联合应用盐酸氯胺酮和咪达唑仑对免疫缺陷动物的麻醉效果。结果表明:复合麻醉剂对裸小鼠具有较好的麻醉效果,具有诱导时间短,起效快,能使动物很快地恢复自主意识,麻醉效果呈剂量依赖性的特点。但不同浓度的复合麻醉剂都会导致不同周龄的NOD/SCID小鼠出现死亡。因此,盐酸氯胺酮配伍咪达唑仑的复合麻醉是一种理想的麻醉方法,适用于对不同周龄的裸小鼠进行短期麻醉,但不适合对NOD/SCID小鼠进行麻醉。 The objective of this study was conducted to observe and evaluate the anesthetic effects of ketamine combined with midazolam in immunodeficient mice. Nude mice and NOD/SCID mice were anesthetized with combined anesthetic agent by celiac injection, which was composed of ketamine and midazolam. The induction time, surgical anesthesia time and resuscitation time were observed. The results revealed that ketamine combined with midazolam had an better anesthetic effect in nude mice than NOD/SCID mice. Shorter induction time, quicker reaction time and resuscitation, a dose-dependent manner characterized the combined anesthesia agent in nude mice. However, NOD/SCID mice with different ages could be died by using different dose combined anesthetic agent. In conclusions: ketamine combined with midazolam appears to be an ideal anesthetic method and it is fit for short-time anesthesia in nude mice, but don't be recommended for use in NOD/SCID mice.
