摘要
利用阳极电流与励磁电流关系的导数曲线,从导数的物理意义出发,讨论了用理想二极管测电子荷质比中临界电流的位置,指出阳极饱和电流降到一半时所对应的磁化电流即为临界电流。
Based on the derivative curve of anode current and magnetization current, the paper discussed the selection of critical magnetization current in the measurement of charge-mass ratio of electron using ideal diode. It indicated that when the anode current dropped to half, the magnetization current just was the critical current.
