超声引导下Mammotome旋切术在乳腺疾病中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统在切除乳腺肿块中的应用价值。方法在超声图像的监控下,利用Mammotome微创旋切系统对140例206个乳腺肿块进行活检并将肿块完全切除。结果140例(206个肿块)均一次完全切除,手术时间10~50rain,平均约25min;旋切次数10—32次,平均16次;切出标本为圆柱状,条数5—20条,平均约10条;术中出血约5~15ml,平均10ml。病理结果:浸润性导管癌4例,导管原位癌2例,导管内乳头状瘤6例,纤维腺瘤58例,纤维腺病及增生病70例。术后局部血肿2例,均自行吸收。结论超声引导Mammotome微创旋切系统可早期诊断和治疗乳腺病变.具有定位准确、安全、创伤小、并发症少等优点。
