帕金森病行膝关节置换术的麻醉探讨

摘要帕金森病多为老年患者，有着多种并存疾病和药物治疗史，容易发生麻醉并发症。本科对1例帕金森病患者行膝关节置换术时，由于认真做好术前评估、合理选择麻醉方法和药物，取得了满意结果，现作一报道。
