摘要
圆柱凸轮是槽形凸轮的一种,由于本身造型的独特性,在机械的传动机构中应用非常广泛。采用圆柱凸轮的图解法设计原理,在Pro/E中应用二次投影成型法完成圆柱凸轮槽轮廓的参数化设计。采用该设计方法可生成凸轮的三维实体上带有凸轮槽的轮廓曲线,为在Mechanism模块中进行运动仿真时定义凸轮槽从动机构连接提供方便,通过运动仿真和测量结果验证,可提高机构设计的精确性和可靠性。
Columniform cam is a kind of groovy cam, as its particular formative design, its application is highly broad in transmission machine. The graphical method principle on columniform cam and quadratic projection molding method in Pro/E is a- dopted, references design of cam slot profile have been competed. By using the design method, the slot profile curve of three - dimensional solid is created and it can provide convenicence for defining cam slot meehanisam as simulating in mechanism module. The design method can improve accuracy and reliability through athletics simulation and measure result.
