摘要
目的:探讨解剖钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法:对复杂胫骨平台骨折42例进行回顾,采用切开复位植骨解剖钢板(或加螺栓、螺钉)内固定。结果:术后随访40例患者,按Merchant评分标准,优26例,良8例,中4例,差2例,优良率85%。结论:解剖钢板是胫骨平台骨折较好的内固定,植骨治疗能获得较好的骨性愈合。
Objective ： Explore the surgical methods and curative effects of the anatomy of plate fixation of complex tibial plateau fracture. Methods：The 42 cases of the complex tibial plateau fractures were retrospectively Studied. Open reduction and bone plate （or bolt, screw） fixation were used. Resuhs：40 cases of patients with Criteria according to Merchant, 26 cases of excellent, 8 cases of good. 4 cases of middle and 2 cases of poor, good rate of 85 %. Conclusion： Anatomical plate is a better tibial plateau fracture fixation. Bone graft can be a better treatment of the bone healing.
