摘要
针对当前地方院校师范生严峻的就业形势,通过对湖南省4所地方院校10多个专业师范生从教认知的4方面现状进行网络和实地样本调研,发现了当前师范生从教预期存在着4组较为普遍而突出的矛盾。
This thesis is based on a survey on cognitions in 4 aspects related to teachers college students' teaching anticipation through questionnaires both on-line and on the spot. It turns out that there are 4 prominent inconsistencies in their teaching anticipation. This thesis aims at analyzing the essential causes, and posing some corresponding countermeasures.
