摘要
通过温室盆栽,研究了改良剂石灰和猪粪对铅锌尾矿土壤上光叶紫花苕生长的影响。结果表明,施用改良剂能够使光叶紫花苕的株高、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、总鲜重、干重、根长、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、胡萝卜素含量均有所增加,施用猪粪条件下光叶紫花苕的株高、地上部鲜重、根长均显著高于对照,施用石灰条件下光叶紫花苕的株高、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、总鲜重、地下部干重、根长、叶绿素a含量、胡萝卜素含量均显著高于对照,说明施用石灰和猪粪能降低重金属对光叶紫花苕的毒害作用,促进其生长。
The effect of improver lime and pig manure on the growth of Vicia villosa cv. varglabrescens in the soil polluted by lead and zinc mine railings was studied through the pot experiment in the greenhouse. The results showed that the application of improvers could make the above - ground fresh weight, underground fresh weight, total fresh weight and dry weight, contents of chlorophyl a, chlorophyll b and carotene, plant height and root length of Vicia villosa cv. varglabrescens increase. The above -ground fresh weight, plant height and root length of Vicia villosa cv. varglabrescens treated by pig manure were significantly higher than those of the check. The above - ground fresh weight, underground fresh weight, total fresh weight, underground dry weight, contents of chlorophyll a and carotene, plant height and root length of Vicia villosa cv. varglabrescens treated by lime were obviously higher than those of the check. These indicated that the application of lime and pig manure could reduce the poisonous effect of heavy metals on Vicia villosa cv. varglabrescens, and promote its growth. In addition, the capacity of lime to reduce the poisonous effect of heavy metals was better than that of pig manure.
