摘要
介绍了柱塞泵软填料密封的基本知识，重点就如何改善填料密封的性能，从填料箱的总体结构、填料材料和组合、柱塞以及导向套等几个方面进行了分析。应用实例表明，国产填料完全可以替代进口填料。
The basis knowledge of soft packed stuffing box seal is recommended. The analysis is how to improve the soft packed seal property.From several aspects which included stuffing box overall,packing materials and their combination,plunger and guiding sleeve,the analysis on improvin is carried out.The application example shows that domestic packing can be completely substituted for improted packing.
