摘要
介绍了用途广泛的电涡流传感器的工作原理,输出特征以及建立特性曲线拟合方程式的新方法——在最小二乘法的基础上结合0.618优选法进一步使拟合方程式中常数更加合理.用这种方法可以求得最佳拟合直线方程和最小的非线性误差,其值比最小二乘法求得的非线性误差更小.此法适用于各种类型的线性传感器或可以通过适当的变量代换把变量之间的非线性关系化为线性关系的传感器或测量系统.
The working principle and the output performance of vortex flow transducers are introduced. A new method getting their fitting characteristic curve is put forward. The method combines least square method with 0.618 optimum seeking method. The best linear fitting curve and the least nonlinear error can be obtained by this method, and the nonlinear error is less than that obtained by least square method. The method is suitable for all kinds of linear transducers and measuring systems and nonlinear transducers and measuring systems which can be transformed into linear ones by variable displacement.
