摘要
针对目前水平井及大斜度井中常采用变刚度钻具组合的特点,从现场实际情况出发,应用弹性变形能量法,建立了变刚度管柱的三角级数挠曲变形方程。同时,还根据水平井及大斜度井旋转钻进和滑动钻进的特点,考虑了与实际操作有关的钻头扭矩、钻压、转速、钻柱的几何尺寸、自重以及井斜角等主要参数的影响,研究了变刚度钻具组合的弹性稳定性问题及临界钻压的计算方法。最后进行了两口井的现场应用实例计算及分析。
In the light of the status that variable-rigidity lower drillstem assembly is commonly used in horizontal holes and high deviating holes, the trigonometric series bending equation for variable-rigidity drillstem is established by using the elastic deformation energy method. According to the charateristics of horizontal holes and high deviating holes drilling, with consideration of the influences of torque on bit, load on bit, rotary speed of drillstem, dimension and deadweight of drill stem and well inclination angle, Ihe elastic stability of the variable-rigidity drillstem assembly and the method for calcu lating the critical load on bit are investigated. Exemplary calculation and analysis are made.
