摘要
电力工程中的脱硫吸收塔属于薄壁高塔结构,工艺要求在塔内设置一些横梁来支承专用设备.塔壁不仅对横梁提供竖向支承,还对梁端有一定的转动约束.提出约束弯矩系数β来衡量塔壁对梁转动约束作用的大小.通过大量非线性有限元计算分析,研究了荷载值大小、塔体壁板厚度、塔体半径、梁截面高度、梁截面惯性矩、塔体与横梁环向接触边长以及环向加劲肋对β值的影响.研究表明,薄壁高塔塔壁对塔内横梁端部的转动约束作用是不容忽略的.提出了计算β值的拟合公式和塔壁对内横梁约束弯矩的计算方法.
The desulphurization absorption tower used in the electric engineering is the structure of thin-walled tall tower. According to the technical requirement, some crossing beams are located inside the tower to support the special equipments. The tower wall provides the beam with not only vertical reaction force but also the rotation constraint. Constraint moment coefficient β is introduced to measure the effect of the rotation constraint. Based on a great many nonlinear finite element computations, the influence of load magnitude, the tower wall thickness, the radius of tower, the height of beam section, the rotational inertial moment of beam section, the length of contact edge between tower wall and beam and the ring stiffener on the value of β are analyzed. The results indicate that the rotation constraint on the beam end provided by the tower wall should not be neglected. The fitted formula of β and the constraint moment applied to crossing beam by tower wall are suggested,which can provide reference for engineeering practice.
