摘要
基于"能源-经济-环境"(3E)理论的研究视角,兼顾社会、技术因素,利用全寿命周期评价理论,构建了居住建筑采暖系统决策评价的理论模型,确定了目标属性,并对各目标属性包含的影响因子进行了归类.同时结合西藏地区的能源特点,根据当地目前采暖现状的实地调研资料,从重要性、有效性、完备性三方面进行定量的分析比较,对指标体系的目标属性及影响因子进行筛选,最终确定出西藏高原地区居住建筑采暖系统决策评价指标体系.
Based on the "energy-economy-environment" (3E) theory, and also giving consideration to social, technical factors, this paper uses LCA theory for creating a theoretical evaluation model of residential heating systems, confirms the target attribute and classifies the influencing factors. Then, combining with the research information of Tibet Region heating situation, by analyzing and comparing the importance, effectiveness, completeness of the index system,the paper selects the objectives of property and the impact factors. Finally, it creates an evaluation system of residential heating system in Tibet.
