摘要
针对低渗透油田注入水深度处理技术的不足,研制了注水站用及井口注水用三级精细过滤器,其滤心的过滤原理是固定孔机械过滤,即通过滤心对杂质的直接拦截、扩散拦截和惯性碰撞,使杂质沉淀在滤材前面,达到过滤的目的。采用带内外支承体的折叠式滤心结构,滤心抗破坏能力强,有效过滤面积大,使用寿命长;采用玻璃纤维复合材料作为滤材,保证了过滤后的水水质达标,而且价格较低,很适合于低渗透油田的注入水深度处理。
In the light of the deficiency of the deep disposal of injected water in low-permeability, three-stage fine filter using at water injection station and on wellhead is developed. The structure and working principle of the filter are introduced.Folded filter cartridge with internal and external supporting elements, which has good resistance to destroy and long service life and can increase effective filtering area, is adopted. Fibreglass compound is used as filtering material, ensuring the quality of the filtered water up to standard.
