摘要
高等学校教师专业技术职务评聘是关系到学校师资队伍建设的重要工作,也是高校内部管理体制改革的重要环节。做好高校教师专业技术职务的评聘工作,可以激发教师的积极性,稳定并优化教师队伍结构。文章从历史的视角阐述了我国高校教师专业技术职务评聘制度的演进,针对当前高校教师专业技术职务评聘执行过程中存在的问题,提出对策。
It is a vital task to evaluate and engage the special technical posts of college teachers. It concerns not only the importance of college teachers construction , but also an important link to reform the internal management system of colleges and universities. To e- valuate and engage college teachers special technical posts properly can stimulate college teachers' initiative, stabilize and optimize teacher construction. This paper illustrates the devolvement of evaluation and engagement system about teachers' special technical posts and suggests some countermeasures to the existing problems in the process of evaluation and engagement.
