摘要
介绍了一种可用于不同井温的延迟释放无机硼压裂液体系。该压裂液可采用两种途径配制:一是用植物胶粉剂制成具有缓慢溶胀性能,在水中能延迟释放无机硼的稠化剂,这种压裂液主要用于地温力120—155℃的油井压裂;二是通过包覆无机硼的方法达到延迟释放无机硼的目的,该压裂液适用温度75—120℃的油井压裂。延迟释放无机硼压裂液在现场应用近100口井,成功率达100%,油井增产效果明显。
The properties and two ways of preparing a novel fracturing fluid for various hole bottom temperature are presented. Tests indicated that the application temperature ranges from 75 to 155℃. with delayed crosslinked time higher than 5 mimutes; field application in almost 100 wells showed that the system possesses such advantages as good sand transportation capacity, lower friction and easy pumpability.
