摘要
论文为了能够有效地运行政府问责制,通过对目前我国政府问责制中存在的异体问责发展缓慢、问责对象模糊和问责范围过窄、问责程序的缺陷以及相关法律制度不健全方面的分析,提出了健全政府问责制要强化异体问责、明确问责对象、拓宽问责范围、规范问责程序和强化政府责任立法等措施。
To better operate governmental accountability, through the analysis on the aspects of the slow development of different system＇s asking responsibility, the unclear object being asked and the narrowness of the scale of responsibility asked, the defection of the procedure and the imperfection of relative law system, the ar- ticle puts forward some measures on strengthening different system＇s asking responsibility, defining the object, expand the scale, regulate the procedure and strengthening government responsibility legislation.
