摘要
绩效管理是现代企业人力资源管理的重要组织部分,是企业实现战略目标的有效控制手段。本文从战略的角度分析企业绩效管理,针对当前绩效管理存在的问题,运用关键绩效指标和平衡计分卡等工具,采用战略导向和结构化导向的设计方法,构建出基于战略的企业绩效管理体系模型。
Performance management is an important organization part of human resource management in modern enterprises, and is the effective control method for enterprises to achieve a strategic goal. This paper analyzes enterprise performance management from a strategic point, in view of the existing problems of present performance management, using the tools such as the key performance indicators and the balanced score card, adapting the design approach of strategic orientation and structure orientation, which builds a system Model based on the strategy in enterprise performance management.
