摘要
采用植物组织培养技术对其种子胚进行愈伤组织的诱导及其优化培养的研究,结果表明:MS+1.00mg·L-1 2,4-D+0.05mg·L-1BA的培养基配方能较好的诱导福建茶种子的胚产生愈伤组织;MS+1.00mg·L-1NAA+0.05mg·L-1玉米素的培养基配方最适合福建茶愈伤组织的生长和继代的培养。
Carmona microphylla is one of fifth notable miniascape species in export trade, possessing high economic value. Using plant tissue culture technique, Callus inducement from seeds of car mona microphylla and optimizing culture is researched. The results show that culture medium at MS+1.00mgoL^-1 2,4-D+0.05mgoL^-1 BA is fit for inducing callus from seeds of Carmona microphylla. The suitable culture medium of callus growing and succeeding is MS+1.00mg.L^-1 NAA+0.05mg. L^-1.
