摘要
目的:分别用两种方法预处理豆奶粉后用ICP-MS对样品溶液中的镉进行测定,对两种方法进行比较。方法:样品分别经湿法消化和微波消化后定容到一定体积,然后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混和内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:两种前处理方法产生的结果精密度均优于3%,回收率介于95%-100%,且对标准参考物质的测定结果均符合证书值要求。结论:两种处理方法均有较好的精密度和准确度,测定结果之间并无显著性差异。
Objective:To compare the two digestion ICP - MS methods of detecting cadmium in soy milk powder. Methods: After wet digestion and microwave digestion respectively, the samples were determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry using mixed internal standard to correct matrix interference and signal drifting. Results:The RSD of two methods was less than 3.0% , recoveries 95.0% - 100% and the results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory. Conclusion: Two methods all have good precision and veracity and there is no obvious difference between the results from two methods.
