摘要
基于逆向工程,通过光学扫描仪获得离心泵叶轮的分散点云,采用Imageware软件对点云进行了处理,基于CATIA软件对叶轮进行了三维实体设计,并对叶轮的内部进行了数值模拟。与传统的叶轮设计方法相比,该方法保证了叶轮实体造型的高精度性。通过数值模拟,揭示了叶轮的内部流动规律,大大缩短了研发周期,降低了离心泵的生产成本。
In order to research a centrifugal pump , basing on reverse engineering, the paper attained the impeller decentralized cloud through the optical scanner, and adopted the cloud by using the Imageware software. The impeller was designed based on CATIA software, and performed numerical simulation of the internal impeller. Preparing to the traditional impeller design, this approach ensured high -precision impeller solid modeling. Through numerical simulation, it revealed the internal impeller flow, and reduced the development cycle and the production costs greatly.
