摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德联合特布他林雾化剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效。方法:选择我院80例住院支气管哮喘急性发作期患者,随机分为两组。治疗组(40例)、常规治疗并加用布地奈德混悬液2mg(2ml)联合特布他林雾化液5mg(2ml)间隔8h/次吸入治疗;对照组(40例)、按常规治疗。观察24h动脉血气分析指标,对48h临床症状、体症作疗效分折。结果:治疗组24h平均动脉血气分析指标有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗组和对照组的临床症状体征改善总有效率为82.5%和65%(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入是治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的有效方法,无副作用。
Objective： To probe into the curative effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline aerosol in the treatment of bronchial asthma in acute period. Methods： Our hospital＇s 80 cases patients with bronchial asthma in acute period were chosen to be at random divide into two groups. In treatment group （40 cases）, the regular treatment plus the treatment with Budesonile suspension of 2mg（2 ml） combined with Terbutaline aerosol of 5mg （2ml） （8 hours a time） were carried out, In control group （40 cases） ,only the regular treatment was performed, The 24 hours＇ arterial blood gas analysis indexes were observed and the curative effect analysis was made for the 48 hours＇ clinical symptoms and signs. Results ： The average 24 hours＇ arterial blood gas analysis index had been obviously improved in treatment group （ p 〈 0. 01 ）. The rate of effectiveness for the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group and control group were respectively 82.5% and 65% （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： It is an effective method that the Budesonile was combined with Terbutaline nebulization inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma in acute period and without by - effect occurring.
