摘要
目的:控讨腰椎间盘突出症行射频消融髓核成形术病人的护理。方法:认真做好术前护理、正确使用腰围,指导病人进行功能锻炼,做好出院宣教。结果:22例病人无并发症出现,有效率100%。结论:射频消融髓核成形术是目前治疗腰椎间盘突出症的微创治疗方法之一,认真做好围手术期护理是手术成功的重要保障。
Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of nursing care in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion who underwent a plasma radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty. Methods ： Preoperative care was carefully fulfilled. Patients were instructed that what were proper functional exercise during or after a hospitalization. Results：Twenty-tow patients were treated with the Nucleoplasty procedure using Coblation technology,consequently achieving the total effectiveness rate 100%. There were no complications associated with the nucleoplasty procedure during the procedure or post-operatively. Conclusions： Up to date, radiofrequency ablation nueleoplasty in the treatment of intervertebral disc protrusion is one of the least-invasivc techniques in the minimally invasive category. Perioperative Nursing is indispensable for successful operations.
