摘要
对热轧带钢在冷轧时产生局部高点的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。改进后,精轧机的轧辊磨损量减少了约120~150μm,不均匀磨损减少了40~60μm,从而解决了冷轧料局部高点问题。
An analysis of the reason why there are some high points when the hot - strip mill is being rolled coldly has been made, and some measures have been raised accordlingly. The wear of the finishing mill roll has reduced 120 - 150μm, uneven wear has reduced 40 -60μm. This indicates that the exsiting problem has been solved.
