动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后的亚低温治疗研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后患者使用亚低温治疗与其预后的关系,研究亚低温治疗在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后患者的脑保护作用。方法我科自2000年5月至2006年6月共收治75例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后患者,按照Hunt-Hess分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级57例,Ⅳ-Ⅴ级18例。随机分为亚低温组与对照组,亚低温组患者术后行亚低温治疗,对照组行常规治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行GOS评分,术后随访3mo。结果亚低温组38例患者术后3mo时恢复良好31例,中残3例,重残及植物生存2例,死亡2例。对照组37例患者术后3mo时恢复良好26例,中残5例,重残及植物生存3例,死亡3例。结论通过亚低温治疗可提高动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后患者的恢复良好率及术后的伤残等级与死亡率。 Objective To explore the prognosis of mild hypothermia treatment in eases of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), improve the knowledge of mild hypothermia treatment on intracranial aneurysm. Methods Cases were divided into 2 groups: mild hypothermia treatment group and control group. Mild hypothermia was applied to the cases of SAH in mild hypothermia group. The prognosis was divided into five grades such as good recovery (GR), moderate disability (MD), severe disability (SD), persisted vegetative state (PVS) and death (D). Results In mild hypothermia group, there were 31 GR cases, 3 MD, 2 SD and 2 D cases, while in control group, there were 26 GR cases, 5 MD, 3 SD and 3 D cases. Conclusions Mild hypothermia treatment can improve the prognosis of SAH.
