摘要 为了实现工业废水实时监测任务,本文给出了一种基于ARM7处理器LPC2138和嵌入式时实操作系统uc/OS-II,开发出一套工业废水指标多点数据采集系统。实现了对COD、TOC、流量、PH值等参数的实时测量,满足了低成本、实时性好、抗干扰能力强的需要,并且该嵌入式数据采集系统运行稳定,移植性好,适应各种工业环境。经环保局实际测试,完全满足工业废水实时监测的需要。 In order to achieve real-time monitoring task of the industrial wastewater, this paper was given an embedded real-time operating system based on ARM7 processor LPC2138 and uc / OS-Ⅱ, and was developed a set of data acquisition system about industrial wastewater indicators. This system achieved a method of the real-time measurement parameters such as COD,TOC,flow,PH value and so on, met a low-cost, real-time, strong anti-jamming capability of the need, and the operation of this embedded data acquisition system is stability, transplantation is good, and adapts to various industrial environments. After tested in the EPA, this system fully meets the real-time monitoring of industrial wastewater needs.
