摘要
目的探讨慢性乙醇中毒患者脑干听觉诱发电位(brainstem auditory evoked potentials,BAEP)各波潜伏期、波间期的变化。方法对46例慢性乙醇中毒(CAE)患者及46例正常受试者进行BAEP测定,并与正常受试者比较。结果与正常受试者比较,46例慢性乙醇中毒患者BAEP的Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波潜伏期及Ⅰ～Ⅲ波、Ⅲ～Ⅴ波、Ⅰ～Ⅴ波的波间期均延长,其差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论慢性乙醇中毒患者存在脑干听觉通路损害,BAEP可作为评价慢性乙醇中毒有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the changes of brain stem auditory evoked potential（BAEP） during the incubation period wave and wave interval in patients chronic alcoholism. Methods Brain-stem auditory evoked potentials （ BAEPs ） were obtained from 46 chronic alcoholic patients and 46 normal subjects. Differences were compared between the two groups. Results The latent phase of the I wave,III wave,V wave and I - III,III - V, I - V inter-peak latencies were prolonged in 46 patients. And there was significant difference between the chronic alcoholism and normal subjects （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions There was brain stem auditory pathways lesion in patients with chronic alcoholism, BAEP may be regarded as an effective evaluation methods for patients with chronic alcoholism.
