摘要
根据造纸生产中加药过程的工艺控制要求及白水浓度难以实时测量与控制等难点,应用基于小生境遗传算法-最小二乘支持向量机的软测量技术建立白水浓度软测量模型,并设计了基于组态软件的加药智能控制系统;控制系统包括自动配料系统、液位控制系统及白水浓度智能控制系统,通过这三部分控制系统的有机结合,实现整个加药过程的自动控制;仿真结果表明,白水浓度的软测量模型具有较高的预测精度,控制系统调节速度快、控制精度高、抗干扰能力强、运行稳定,能较好地满足生产工艺的要求。
According to the technological control requirements for drug adding process in papermaking industry and the difficulties how to measure and control the consistency of white water in time, a model of soft sensor for white water consistency was established by soft sensor technique based on NGA- LSSVM and an intelligent control system was designed based on configuration software. This computer control system consists of auto-mix system, liquid level control system and intelligent control system for white water consistency, which are combined to structure the entire control system for drug adding process. Simulation results indicate that the model of soft sensor for white water consistency has higher predictive precision and the control system offers quick adjustability, higher control precision, strong anti-interference capability and better stability and reliability. The technological requirements are fully met by this system.
