分离胶采血管制备血清对血糖、补体C3和NSE测定结果及稳定性的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察用分离胶采血管与直空玻璃管制备的血清其血糖(Glu)、补体C3和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的检测结果是否具有可比性。同时探讨3个项目在分离胶采血管中保存的稳定性。方法分别采用分离胶采血管与真空玻璃管收集20名志愿者的血清,测定Glu、补体C3和NSE后,将样本置于4℃保存,并分别于6 h、24 h、48 h和72 h后再次测定Glu、补体C3和NSE。结果真空玻璃管血清与分离胶采血管血清各指标测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以真空玻璃管为标准管,分离胶采血管血清测定结果的偏差均在临床可接受的范围内。采用分离胶采血管保存血清,Glu 72 h时测定结果下降<5%;补体C3 48 h时上升1.6%,72 h时上升>10%;NSE在72 h内的偏差<4.2%。结论分离胶采血管在Glu、补体C3和NSE的测定中具有较好的稳定性。 Objective To prepare the serum by separating gel tubes and glass tubes, and investigate the compara- bility of blood glucose (Glu) , complement C3 and neuron specific enolase (NSE) results, and observe the influence of serum preparation with separating gel tubes on the stability of Glu, complement C3 and NSE determination. Methods The venous blood in 20 volunteers was collected by separating gel tubes and glass tubes. After of Glu, complement C3 and NSE levels were determined, the samples were preserved at 4℃ and the Glu, complement C3 and NSE levels were determined at 6 h, 24 h ,48 h and 72 h again. Results There was not difference between the levels of Glu, complement C3 and NSE of separating gel tubes and glass tubes ( P 〉 0.05 ). The glass tubes as the standard tube. Compared with standard tubes, the results bias of Glu, complement C3 and NSE of separating gel tubes serum were clinically acceptable. The serum was preserved by separating gel tubes, the determination result of Glu decreased below 5% after 72 b. The determination result of complement C3 increased 1.6% after 48 h and above 10% after 72 h. Compared with standard tubes , the bias of NSE were below 4.2% after 72 h. Conclusions The serum prepared by separating gel tubes for Glu, complement C3 and NSE determination had favorable stability.
