摘要 目的对1株临床不常见念珠菌的检测进行探讨。方法采用4种不同方法(ATB、DADE、Remel和分子生物学方法)对1株不常见念珠菌进行检测。结果ATB、Remel系统检测结果为邹褶念珠菌;DADE系统检测结果为克柔念珠菌;分子生物学检测结果为近邹褶念珠菌。讨论对于临床不常见的念珠菌,仅用生化反应鉴定是不够的,为了正确鉴定到种,必要时还要用分子生物学方法作核酸序列分析。 Objective To explore the detection method of an uncommon clinical strain of Candida. Methods An uncommon clinical strain of Candida was detected by four different methods ( ATB, DADE, Remel, molecular biology method). Results The results of ATB and Remel system were Candida rugosa. The result of DADE system was Candi- da krusei. The result of molecular biology test was Candida pararugosa. Conclusions Biochemical reaction is not suit- able for identification of the uncommon Candida. The nucleic acid sequence analysis could correctly identify the species of Candida.
