摘要
目的总结输尿管镜下国产钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石的临床经验。方法应用Wolf8.0/9.8F硬性输尿管镜,国产30W钬激光碎石机治疗124例输尿管结石患者,输尿管中下段结石87例,上段结石37例。结果124例输尿管结石,108例1次碎石成功,16例失败,单次碎石成功率87%(108/124);其中,中下段结石单次碎石成功率为95%(83/87),上段结石67.5%(25/37),术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症。结论输尿管镜下国产钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石是安全、有效的方法,特别适合在中小医院使用。
Objective To summarize the experience of ureterolithotomy with the domestic holmium laser for the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 124 cases with ureteral stones underwent Wolf F8.0/9.8 rigid ureteroscopy, domestic 30 W holmium laser lithotripsy. Calculi were located in the distal and mid ureter in 87 cases, proximal ureter in 37 cases. Results The one-time success rate was 87%（108/124）. The stone-free rate in mid- and distal ureter was 95%（83/87）, upper 67.5%（25/37）, without performation, laceration and other complications. Conclusion Ureterolithotomy with the domestic holmium laser for ureteral calculi is efficient and safe which is fit for the small and medium hospital.
