芭蕉芋淀粉酶法制取葡萄糖的控制条件研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过正交试验选出了采用酶法从芭蕉芋淀粉制取葡萄糖的优化组合条件。从经济、时间上综合考虑,生产工艺条件选取:淀粉浆浓度为35%,α淀粉酶用量为03%,在85℃下液化30min,β淀粉酶的用量为06%,在60℃下糖化32h。葡萄糖产率为79%。 The combination fitness conditions has been selected for producing glucose with edible banana (Canna edulis Ker) starch by enzyme treatment. The conditions of production were as follows:the concentrations of starch thick liquid and α starch enzyme were 35% and 0 3% respectively, mixed and liquefied 30 min at 85℃. Then supplemented β starch enzyme to 0 6% for scarifying 32 h at 60℃.The production efficiency of glucose was 79%.
