摘要 针对油管内壁存在损伤而又缺乏有效检测和评判手段的现实,提出了超声波测厚和内窥观察两种油管内壁损伤检测方案,研制了一套内窥式油管内壁损伤成像仪。根据实际检测和统计分类,将内壁损伤规则化为沟槽、孔洞和片蚀三种类型。分析了三类损伤的应力集中情况和断裂力学性能。基于双判据法提出了内壁损伤油管承载能力降低系数的概念和计算方法。参照压力容器缺陷评定规范和飞行器损伤容限评定经验,提出了油管内壁损伤评判方法,编制了相应的评判软件。 In the light of the status that there exists damage in tubing inwalls and there are no effective detecting and evaluating means, schemes for ultrasonic thickness measuring and inner video mapping are proposed. An inner video imaging apparatus for tubing inwall damage is developed. According to actual detection and statistics, the damages are classified into axial groove, local hole and corrosion. The stress concentration and fracture mechanical property of these three kinds of damages are analyzed. The conception and calculating medhod for loading-capacity reduction factor of tubings with damaged inwalls are given based on the double-criterion method. Thereby the method for evaluating damages in tubing inwalls is offered, and relevant computer software is developed.
