Analysis of the rock breaking of the disc cutter by its 3-D mechanical model

摘要 通过对盘形滚刀破岩过程的深入研究,建立了盘形滚刀破岩的三维力学模型,提出了求解此模型的单点双角度变量理论,用此理论研究了在全断面岩石掘进机破岩过程中盘形滚刀与岩石相互作用引起岩石形变的几何方程和物理方程;建立了盘形滚刀与岩石相互作用的平衡方程,据此导出了盘形滚刀破岩的垂直力、滚动力和侧向力的解析表达式,从而提出了盘形滚刀破岩理论研究的新方法。 Through the deep study on the rock-broken process of disc cutter, the article establishes the 3-D mechanical model of the disc cutter breaking rock and promotes the single-point & double-angle variant theory, on which the geometric equation and physics equation have been researched on for the rock deformation caused by the interaction between rocks and the cutter during the working process, and the equilibrium equation about the interaction of rocks and the cutter is set up, hence deducing the analytic expression of vertical stress, rolling stress and side stress of the rock-broken cutter. Finally, a new method has been presented for the study of the rock-broken theory of the disc cutter.
