摘要
针对山西屯兰选煤厂的煤泥干燥系统,在对其设计之前而进行的模拟实验研究.此系统采用PLC控制,包括就地和集中两种控制方式,该实验研究用2台设备电机模拟系统的12台参控流程设备电机的顺序控制及用温度传感器模拟模拟量的控制,为煤泥干燥控制系统的设计成功奠定了基础。
Aiming at the coal slurry drying system in Shanxi Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant, the simulation experiment is carried out before designing. This system adopts the PLC control, which includes two kinds of control modes, such as on site and centralization. In the experimental research, two equipment motors are applied to the simulation on sequential control of 12 equipment motors which process is controlled by parameters, and the temperature sensors are used to simulate the control of analogue values, which lays a good foundation for the successful design of the coal slurry drying control system.
