摘要 超细水泥是颗粒更加细化了的油井水泥,粒径为10μm左右。A级超细水泥通过0.25mm窄小缝隙的通过量达到94.6%,而普通G级、H级的油井水泥的通过量仅为15%左右。细化了的油井水泥,其水化速度明显加快,析水量大大减少,抗压强度提高1倍,抗折强度提高1倍,结石的抗渗性提高14倍。此外,由于比表面积增大,水化程度提高,使水泥的利用率成倍提高。实践证明,超细水泥能坚固、长久地封堵套管外窜槽,封堵套管缝洞泄漏,封堵射孔孔眼,封堵井间大孔道蒸汽窜、水窜,封堵边、底水推进,施工有效率达90%以上。 The extra fine cement is a kind of cement in which grains are more fined. Grain diameter is about 10μm. The throughflow for class A extra fine cement passing through 0.25 mm narrow chink approaches more than 96%, but that of the common class G & H well cement only about 15%. The hydration rate of fined well cement is quickened obviously, filtration is decreased greatly, compressive strength and bending strength are increased two times respectively, antipermeability is increased 13 times. By virtue of increasing specific surface area, hydration is improved, it makes cement utilization ratio increase by times. The practice proved that extra fine cement can plug up the channels in the outside of casing solidly and lastingly. Plugging casing leak, perforation, big interwell channel, waterflood channeling and advance of edge water and bottom water, construction success ratio approaches more than 90%.
