摘要
采用络合法脱氮技术对大庆500SN精制油进行了系统的研究。开发出一种新型脱氮剂,与有机溶剂配成脱氮溶液可脱除石油产品中的氮化物。详细考察了络合脱氮反应温度、时间、脱氮溶液浓度及脱氮剂加入量对脱氮效果的影响。实验结果表明,该方法对润滑油基础油中的碱氮有很好的脱除作用,其脱除率可达90%以上,且对其它油品有较好的适应性。
The denitrogenation from the refined Daqing 500SN oil is systematically studied with the complexing method. A new denitrogenation agent which is mixed with an organic solvent for separating the nitrogen compounds from petroleum products has been developed. The conditions of denitrogenating reactions with the complexing method,such as temperture, reactive time, contents and quantities of denitogenation solution with denitrogenation agent,have been tested in detail. The results show that the nitrogen compouds in lube base oil can be well removed . The removal of basic nitrogen is more than 90%.This method is also suitable to the removal of nitrogen from other petroleum products. It is demonstrated that the method can be soon used for denitrogen of petroleum products in petrochemical industry.
