摘要 针对换热器手工设计工作量大,设计周期长,不易保证设计质量等问题,设计了本软件系统。软件按钢制压力容器GB150,钢制管壳式换热器GB151及有关规范设计。采用TurboPascal语言编程,结构化设计,内容包括管壳式换热器工艺计算及主要元件强度计算两大部分,具有结构设计先进、功能强,操作使用方便,兼容性好等优点。该软件已在换热器生产厂家实际应用,使用结果表明软件运行安全可靠,减轻了设计人员的劳动强度,提高了设计效率及设计质量。并对软件的特点、内容及其结构设计加以介绍。 Taking account of situation that work is a large amount of hand desing, long design period, and difficult to ensure design quality for exchanges. According to Steely Pressure Vessels GB150-89, Shell and Turb exchangers GB151-89 and the relevant design standard, the software has been developed using Turbo Pascal language. It includes calculation of technology and main component intensity for Shell and Tube Exchangers. Its advantages are advanced structured design, powerful function and convenience. It has been used in exchangers manufactory. The results indicated that program works safely and reliably, The system decreased intense of desin labour, and raised efficiency and quality of design. This paper introduces its character, content and structure design.
