摘要
简述了焊缝超声波串列扫查探伤方法的基本原理、特点、推导了焊缝缺陷的定位公式,并对该方法具体应用中探头的选择、盲区的位置与消除、以及对筒体纵焊缝探伤的适用性进行了探讨。实践证明,超声波串列扫查探伤方法作为一种检验特定缺陷的辅助手段,在超声波探伤中是十分有效的。
A brief introduction about general principles and characteristics of weld ultrasonic series scanning flaw detecting method is given. And the formula of locating flaw is deduced. Probe selection, blindness positioning and relieving and suitability for longitudinal weld flaw detecting of the cylinder has been discussed. Results show that ultrasonic series scanning flaw detecting method is fairly effective as a auxiliary means for detecting specific flaws.
