摘要
适合室内花卉养植的吸水树脂除了要有一般吸水树脂的高吸水特点之外,对吸水后凝胶的外观、强度、稳定性和使用寿命等有特殊要求。选择配方及工艺参数调节解决了树脂性能控制的技术关键,如:采用丙烯酸和丙烯酸钠体系,引入第三单体丙烯酰胺,在交联剂和氧化还原剂存在下,进行水相三元共聚制得的凝胶,其强度好、稳定性高、使用寿命长。通过一次回归正交设计,建立了数学模型,分析了各因素对吸水树脂性能的影响,然后用快速登高法优化合成过程参数,确定了最佳制备工艺条件,在此基础上合成的产品,其性能优异。
The coloured water-absorbing resin for flower cultivation not only requires high ability of water-absorbing, but also requires some special properties, such as appearance, strengh, good stability, long life-time. Technical keys for the preparation of the coloured water-absorbing resin are formulating of recipes and optimization of process. Through aqueous copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylates in the presence of a crosslinking agent and a redox initiator the resin gel with a good performance is obtained. In this optimization method, the classical orthogonal design combined with the regression analysis, so that influences of the process parameters as well as their interaction on the performance of products can investigated. Based on the models from the regression orthogonal design the parameter control ranges of the process has sucessfully been determined using fast hill-climbing method.
