摘要 Tensin是一种位于胞浆灶性粘附区的磷酸蛋白,它包含了一个磷酸酪氨酸结合(PTB)区域和一个Src同源区2区域(SH2)。Tensin通过整合素、纽蛋白和灶性粘附激酶(FAK)的粘附复合物影响肾小球系膜细胞产生细胞外基质,它在肌肉再生、细胞迁移中起关键作用。因此,tensin可以作为对肾脏疾病、创口愈合、癌症等进行干预治疗的靶点。 Tensin is a cytoplasmic phosphoprotein that localized in focal adhesions. It contains a phosphoty- rosine-binding (PTB) domain and a Src Homology2 (SH2) domain. Tensin is related to glomerular mesangial cell attachment to the surrounding extracellular matrix by integrin, vinculin and focal adhesion kinase (FAK). Tensin play a critical role in muscle regeneration and cell migration. Therefore, tensin and its downstream signaling molecules may be targets for therapeutic interventions in renal diseases, wound healing and cancer.
