摘要
采用有限元方法对异型阀板进行模拟分析与计算,讨论了它的建模方法,对其受力状况进行了简化.通过分析计算,可以得出阀板上任一单元的应力,显示出整个阀板上的等值应力图;同时,也可显示出阀板受力后的变形状况,得出最大应力值和最大变形的位置,从而指导结构合理化设计,为优化结构,节省材料提供理论依据.
Simulating analysis and design of butterfly valve are described using finite element method,its modelling is discussed and the bearing model is simplified.Through the analysis and calculation,the stress of every element on the valve board can be obtained,and the equivalent stress on the whole board can be displayed.Meanwhile,the deformation of the valve board,maximum deformation value and maxinum stress value can be obtained.The results can be used for guiding the design of valve.So we can get an optimum valve structure,save material and provide a theoritical foundation for design.
