摘要
综合运用有限元、多体动力学理论和计算机仿真对220×104N自卸车整车进行了分析和优化。应用Solidworks软件和ANSYS软件,建立了矿用220×104N自卸车整车有限元分析模型,得到了整车应力分布;针对车架应力分布很不均匀的问题,对车架结构、布筋进行了改进。分析表明:改进后的结构应力分布均匀化提高;采用Ekavall法简化轮胎的力学模型,给出了计算轮胎刚度的方法;运用多体动力学理论和Adams软件对后横拉杆角度进行了优化分析,提出了优化方案,取得了比较满意的仿真结果。
With the comprehensive use of finite element, multi-body dynamics theory and computer simulation, the whole 220 × 10^4 N mineral dump truck is analyzed and optimized. Using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS, finite ele- ment analysis model of the whole 220 × 10^4 N mineral dump truck is set up and the stress distribution of the whole truck is obtained. Aiming at the problem that the stress distribution of the frame is asymmetrical, the frame structure and the stiffened plate disposal is improved and the analysis shows that the stress distribution of the improved structure is more symmetrical ; the mechanical model of the tire is simplified by the method of Ekavall, and the estimate method of the rigidity of the tire is presented. The back rod bracket angle is analyzed according dynamics theory and using ADAMS, and a scheme for the optimization of rod bracket is proposed. satisfactory result is obtained. to multi-body Comparatively
