摘要
分析了单样法三点弯曲试样P-COD曲线和pop-in现象产生的原因,并利用能量原理对其止裂进行了理论分析。最后,根据全塑性假定,推导出了pop-in发生前的裂纹长度的计算公式,并给出几个实例,这对修正韧性过渡区的材料JR曲线具有实际意义[1]。
The reason and the cause of the pop in behaviour resulted from SENB specimen are analysed with single specimen technique. Also, the paper presents a theoretical analysis of the reason for crack arrest by applying the principle of energy. Finally, a formula for calculation of the crack length before the pop in is inferred with the postulation of fully plasticity. Accordingly, some examples are given for detail description, which has practical importance for correcting the JR curve for SENB specimen in the toughness transition zone of the material.
