摘要
首次对微小钻头可靠性进行了理论和试验研究。在本文的试验条件下,通过可靠性试验和寿命分布函数拟合,得出了采用三区段变参数振动钻削新工艺微小钻头寿命服从威布尔分布、采用普通钻削微小钻头寿命服从对数正态分布的结论。可靠度计算分析表明,三区段变参数振动钻削能提高微小钻头寿命、降低寿命分散程度、显著提高微小钻头的可靠性。
Theoretical and experimental study on the reliability of micro drill is carried out.Under experimental conditions of present work,micro drill life of vibration drilling with three stage varying parameters is in weibull distribution,and micro drill life of ordinary drilling is in Log normal distribution.Analyses of reliability calculations show that vibration drilling of three stage varying parameters can increase micro drill life,reduce the distribution span of life,and evidently increase the reliability of micro drills.
